Deborah Sawaf, the creative genius behind Thalé Blanc, has always been influenced by the work of great artists, especially the Baroque and Rococo movements of the French Renaissance and the Art Deco period of the 1920s.

And, in a modern twist to Deborah’s favorite Art Deco, the CIARA clutch has been a beloved piece of the Thalé Blanc repertoire. So it is only fitting then we showcase a new incarnation of CIARA for this week’s Fall 2013 preview.

Thale Blanc Fall 2013 Preview - CIARA

CIARA features a brushed metal pattern (golden in this case) reminiscent of the great designs of the Chrysler Building, set atop the elegant box clutch shape. And the coloring of this incarnation, a chic orange, almost melts into the plexi, giving a hue seen nowhere else in the rainbow.

The clay orange CIARA clutch will be available soon at the Yves Durif Salon at The Carlyle in New York City and at the Thalé Blanc online boutique..
